The brief was looking for 2nd Amendment design that is inspired by design from whiskey bottle designs and Johnny Cash t-shirt design - that rugged but cool look.

One of the biggest arguments against the 2nd Amendment is that guns cause death and destruction, therefore I wanted to communicate the true spirit of the 2nd Amendment - that is the right to bear arms in order to protect our civil liberties and ensure our fundamental right to LIVE FREE.

I have placed the Eagle right under the 2nd Amendment banner so it visually appears as he is supporting and upholding the Amendment.

This way the viewer gets a really nice flow from top to bottom, but still keeping the "2nd Amendment" central and most prominent which would catch people's attention.
